Read more ... h-oh! Latest Sugababe recruit Amelle Berrabah reportedly spent Saturday night in police cells, after being arrested on suspicion of assault. The alleged incident took place following a nightclub brawl in not-very-glamorous Guildford, where Amelle was initially enjoying an evening out with her sister Laila. And it sounds like things got a bit, erm, hairy. 'By the end of the scuffle, Amelle had a handful of hair extensions,' a source told the Daily Mirror. 'Then the police showed up and took her away. Amelle and Laila were just having fun and dancing until things turned nasty. A large group of girls came up to them on the dancefloor and words were exchanged before a fight kicked off.' Amelle left the police station at 7am yesterday - but rather than go straight home to recover, she headed to the airport to join bandmates Keisha and Heidi on a flight to the US. A police spokesman confirmed: 'A 23-year-old female was arrested in Guildford town centre following an incident in a bar. She has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.'
